The big screens offered newspaper headlines with classic sayings like "All the world's a stage," or "Neither a borrower nor a lender be" and "We are such stuff as dreams are made of." It's showing the connection between the country's literary past and its tabloid present.
All we need now is for someone to turn up from the Leveson inquiry, the ongoing investigation into Britain's rough-and-tumble journalism world.
